This corrupt judge and tyrant became infamous for blocking X (formerly known as Twitter) in Brazil. I don't know if he's delusional enough to believe he's serving justice or not, but I think the real question here is what creepy shit he's trying to keep censored about his personal life and why isn't he more concerned about scaring away Brazil's tourists and investors? His ruling defied Brazil's own constitution so whatever conflicted interests he's hiding need to be brought to light.
