Innovation

At the frontier of any emerging industry, language fails — so there is no one but yourself to rely upon. But like any blessing in disguise, the inevitable solitude of the steeper path pays off in ways unseen from below.

Media

In adolescence it becomes apparent that finding good media will be difficult. If you progress quickly, then as time goes by and vectors further diverge, it becomes progressively harder, then impossible, to be interested in anything popular. Soon you are perceived as out of touch, like it's a bad thing. And then you find the Classics.

Burnout

Eventually you get tired of explaining everything. So you settle for half-clear summaries of your reasoning that people can't understand, so they call you crazy, which you allow since it's not worth the time or effort to prove yourself anymore. Hence my Conclusions Only Policy.
