I grew up just before the internet ruined dating, so I still do things the old way.

It took a lot of fights with pretty girls to make me into the man I am today, so I'd like to acknowledge their contribution.

Internal Beauty

Of course being hot is important (critical actually) but it's worthless without a good soul. Under my x-ray vision, even the shiniest red apple isn't enough if worm-infested. So be a good apple.

I've always found this photo of Charlie Hunnam to represent all the qualities I think a man should have: he is strong, yet gentle. Powerful, yet humble and pensive. The black and white gives him an element of class, yet his long hair and beard show his soul is wild and free. This is the balance of opposites I try to achieve.

Keep It Real

I'm not just telling you what I think you want to hear, everyone sees the same content. I'm forthright about who I am and what I want.

I feel like most girls are all talk: it's always a promise of what they could be — but aren't. So the first thing I look for is trust. She must live up to her own convictions, be capable of honest conversations, cute, smart, and passionate enough for my intensity. She should teach me something new, be polite, but also assertive or I'll wander off.
