The Past
What we do now echoes in eternity. — Marcus Aurelius
In A Nutshell
In the old days, most people were essentially slaves without the opportunity to improve their position through hard work. So our most industrious ancestors moved to America, leaving behind the vengeful tyrants who then ingrained anti-Americanism into their remaining serfs. So when Europe got the chance to betray their extended family in the States after the Cold War, Asia was quick to forget European colonialism to help sabotage their competitors in the US — despite its multiculturalism. This led to 9/11 and the near chaos we are just now beginning to recover from.
