Teen Romantic Comedy
Cherries & Clover is a 2011 independent Canadian coming-of-age movie starring Taylor Marie Milton and Spencer Jenkins about two childhood friends who are reunited in high school and strike up a romance. It was the first full-length movie ever made exclusively by teenagers and was shot for less than $10k — often under illegal conditions — so the production was a complete circus and really fun adventure. Unfortunately, due to a distribution conflict, the completed film is not currently available but you can still watch the trailer, Making Of Featurette, selected scenes and ThatChannel interview below.
