There has to be something very wrong to get a page dedicated to trashing an institution. What these people have been doing is not just inept — I think it may be criminal — and this record of that will be haunting them long after their lazy employees are finally pushed into retirement. In addition to many other mistakes, Ms. Bath has refused to put me in contact with her superiors, even though my request is in accordance with the protocol dictated on their website.

These two figured that if they silently hid from my inquiries long enough, the problems would just go away. Maybe that's worked so far in their careers — but not with me. Rather than try to help Ms. Bath address the problems, they let her take the heat alone. Everything here is a disgrace.
