Even though everybody in the West is always saying I'm supposed to hate this man, I just haven't seen any evidence that he's as bad as they say. I think most of them don't know what they're talking about because they haven't even been to Russia (unlike me). I will not be pressured into condemning somebody without having a reason. I don't like tyrants, but I don't see how he is any more tyrannical than any other politician. Most Russians that I've spoken to seem okay with him. Russia is supposed to be Russia. I don't want every country to be the same.
My politics are complicated. As a Citizen of the World, I try to be as honest as possible in this public format, and have provided a lot of content in that spirit. Obviously, you will have to look at more than just a few pages if you want an accurate impression of my beliefs.
