I didn't know these pictured kids well (they knew my dealer) but I'm just trying to give an accurate impression of Russia's misrepresented youth culture with what few pictures I collected during the flurry of activity at the time.

Play the song below while reading: I took this girl home from the strip club one time. We weren't allowed to do that, but this was a special night. I had ecstasy and was going to drill this little spinner into the ground. We went to my Smolenskaya penthouse apartment and she got on me when this song started. Maybe its country vibe struck home for her; or it made me seem an American novelty to her. Afterwards, I said I might love her on the balcony, but I think she knew it was only the drugs talking. She stared out to the horizon as I spoke of taking her away with me, back when my cash and future seemed infinite. Her face was turned away, so I don't know if she was rolling her eyes or sad that I'd only ever talk so sweet to her in a drug-fueled dream that'd soon be ending.
