Born June 29, 1915 in the United States

This guy did some very controversial and probably abusive experiments on minorities, but he was also appointed very high-ranking roles like Assistant Surgeon General of the U.S. Public Health Service; so I don't know enough about him to judge whether his research did more harm than good, and I don't care to find out (at this time). But I think his chart is useful to study. There must have been some legitimate reasons for his work but I also think he was probably kind of insane because some of the experiments seem like torture by a very sexually frustrated and emotionally disturbed geek.
