Uncertain Birthday

1 in 3 of my +150 featured Fortune 500 CEOs have January 1 (or nothing or the 1800s) listed as their birthdate in virtually all public records, suggesting they believe in astrology and don't want the public to know the truth about them. This should be considered a breach of their disclosure obligations and make wise shareholders unwilling to trust them.
