The proud tradition of brawling at the pub is one I hope we don't soon abandon. While there were times when I bit off more than I could chew, I am grateful that cooler heads that prevailed. It doesn't have to be such a big deal. There can be a healthy sportsmanship to it when everyone understands that it's all in good fun and no one spoils it with a weapon (thereby inviting everyone else to gang up on them).
