Astrology is not a religion (nor does it conflict with religions), it's a science. It doesn't involve faith. It's the study of observable celestial bodies (and some invisible) and their effects. It's empirical, falsifiable, mathematical and precise. There is also an interpretive component, but that's an art. There is no authority or governing institution.

How Can People Born at the Same Time Have Different Personalities?

Each constellation can manifest in many different ways. For example, Leos are like Lions, so one Leo might be violent while another might be cuddly (or both). Astrology is complex, just like people.

Real Astrology

Just like countries, planets have always influenced our lives from afar (whether we realized it or not) but mainstream Western astrology is wrong, as anyone who actually looks at the stars can confirm with their naked eyes. This "mistake" is why astrology's reputation was tarnished in the West, but this site uses real sidereal astrology, so some birth charts may look different than expected.

Ophiuchus

The Serpent Bearer: Considered to be the new 13th zodiac sign (associated with healing), for now this site still treats Ophiuchus as the latter half of Scorpio. This distinction is not yet critical to understand when first starting with astrology.

When I make a page for someone it's usually an endorsement, but not always. Some are chosen because they are widely considered important or dangerous, are recommended by an expert, or otherwise deserve attention.
